Research and development (R&D) company "NPP "ELSIT" Ltd. is involved in the design and production of high-frequency induction equipment. The production equipment is applied in different areas of technology: conjugated force unit heating for dismounting and assembling; variable unit-configuration heating for surface or through hardening; blank heating before irreversible deformation; thermal processing of welded high-pressure pipeline connection and rails; welding cutting tools with hard-alloy materials; cutting tool and drilling bit soldering; heating before coating and polymerization of coatings; smelting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in crucible.
The company also develops and produces automated hardening facilities for hardening of vertical rotation units and dial-up lines, which, in its turn, provides different technological operations, connected with the hardening and irreversible deformation of variable unit-configurations without manual intervention.
