It has established the Dayi High Efficiency Electric Motor Municipal High tech Enterprise Research and Development Center, with 27 full-time R&D personnel, 15 personnel with a bachelor's degree or above, and 7 engineers. The "Efficient and Energy saving Motor Joint Research and Development Center" jointly established by the company and the Taizhou Research Institute of Zhejiang University in 2019 fully utilizes advanced testing instruments and equipment from universities and research institutions, providing a good guarantee for enterprise technological innovation.
