At European market ?Nakal? represents electric furnace for thermo-chemical treatment, especially developed for nitriding of extrusion dies and die steels to improve quality, reduce costs and increase heat treating speed of these parts.
The main advantage of nitriding furnaces is a new technology of Catalytic Gas Nitriding (CGN) which has a patent in Russia as well as in Germany, USA and Canada.
The usage of CGN technology in nitriding furnaces allows to:
