Romit unites specialists in the field of heat treatment of metals, producers of equipment for heat treatment and researchers in the field of macro- and microstructure obtained after heat treatment.
Romit is member of the International Federation of heat and Engineering surfaces (IFHTSE) in the category ?national Association?.
The task Romit is to unite specialists of the Russian Federation on physical metallurgy, thermal processing equipment and control processes of heat treatment, to standardize the terminology and names processes of heat treatment together with the international Federation. Carry out propaganda of achievements of the domestic heat treatment, taking part in all sectoral international events, exhibitions and conferences, as well as promote the interests of members of the Romit.
A delegation of specialists Romit took part in next international congresses: Beijing 2012 and Dubrovnik Croatia 2013.
