On September 28 - 30, 2021 the 14th International Specialized Exhibition “Heat Treatment-2021” took place in Moscow, Expocentre Fairgrounds.
The exhibition joined the leading Russian and foreign producers of thermal equipment, technology developers and key consumers – representatives of the machine-building, metallurgical, aviation, vehicle assembly, instrument making and other plants and enterprises.
The thematic sections of the exhibition covered the whole range of equipment for an efficient process of heat treatment: a variety of industrial furnaces, induction and vacuum equipment, tooling, temperature measuring devices, the newest soft.
In this challenging time of covid-19 restrictive measures, the exhibitors were happy to take advantage to communicate personally with potential clients and partners. Exhibitors and visitors set new business contacts, concluded contracts, discussed prospective projects and cooperation.
50 companies from 11 countries (Russia, Belarus, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, China, Slovenia, France and Turkey) took part in the exhibition. 2150 specialists attended the event.
This way, the international exhibition “Heat Treatment-2021” confirmed the status of a significant business event for a fruitful dialogue between the market players and consumers.
A number of companies presented their products at the exhibition for the first time, among them:
Inductotherm Group (Turkey), which represents the INDUCTOHEAT brand, owned by the Inductotherm corporation, offered the induction heating and quenching systems, including units and components necessary for induction heat treatment processes, including power conversion systems, recycle cooling systems, inductors.
Kohnle GmbH / WSD GmbH (Germany / Russia) presented a tailor-made system technology for heat treatment “Made in Germany”. Kohnle covers all design types in the segment conveyor furnace equipment in terms of following heat treatment processes: tempering, austempering, carbonitriding, gas carburizing, hardening, solution annealing, nitrocarburizing, inert gas soldering, sintering, recrystallization annealing, quenching and tempering.
The professionals of the industry from SECO/WARWICK, ALD Vacuum Technologies, VERDER SCIENTIFIC, RPA “CNIITMASH”, JSC "Electromekhanika" made speeches about their latest developments at the International Conference “Innovative Technologies of Heat Treatment” which took part on September 28-29 in Pavilion 7, Hall 1.

Our company OWEN is a Russian manufacturer of industrial automatics. We have been at the market for 30 years.
“Heat Treatment-2021” has been quite fruitful for us: visitors and exhibitors – producers of furnaces and thermal equipment – were very interested in our new products – thermocouples OWEN for measurement of solid bodies, sensors with an output signal RS-485, updated line of thermo regulators TPM, new controllers OWEN PLK and PR and a cloud service Owen Cloud.
Eventually we had a chance to negotiate with our customers offline, to discuss the solutions of their tasks and issues on automation. Some of them wished to take our new products for testing: for instance, we agreed on testing the chemical-resistant thermocouples at the unit of the client in the hostile environment of the hydrochloric acid.
